Add these simple things every day to improve your health!

1. Visualize your desired outcome!

2. Drink Water! (instead of coffee or soda)

3. Exercise!

4, Express Gratitude!

5. Go Natural!

6. Ground yourself! Take off your shoes and be barefoot in the grass for 15 mins everyday. It reduces free radicals and balances overall energy.

7. Appreciate Yourself!  At the end of everyday, thank yourself for as much as you can!  It can be anything, letting someone cross the street, going for a walk, drinking water, getting work done...)
